12$ Shirts

We made these shirts a while ago because merchandising is the most important part of any project.

Here's a little background info from a conversation with Drew Lazor of the City Paper:

About three weeks back we received an mysterious package at Meal Ticket HQ containing a T-shirt emblazoned with cryptic Toynbee tile-inspired phraseology about ... gelatin. We were a bit flummoxed at first but then realized there really could be only one origin for such an on-message piece of apparel. Yes, this is the handiwork of Moe Sheehan and Cory Kete, the twosome behind the amazing My Jello Americans Jell-O Shot blog. CP profiled them in 2010.
Last March, "Cory made a Toynbee tile out of gelatin and put it on the the street [in Fishtown]," explains Sheehan, who currently lives in Austin. "It's fun to use some local lore in the shots." Like real ephemeral Toynbee tiles, the gelatin version was stepped on and ground up by Oxford Street pedestrians, but the duo's immortalized the idea via these tees. Sheehan and Kete don't have plans to retail the shirts, screen-printed by Awesome Dudes. But there's a chance you'll see some local MJA action out on the town this summer, when Sheehan returns from Texas to visit Philly and help out her cousin, "Honest" Tom McCusker, with his taco truck."

Sizes
Because we hate to turn a profit here, they are priced at $12 which includes US nationwide shipping.

If you are international please email us at MyJelloAmericans at gmail . com before ordering.

Make sure you include (or email us) your shipping address and name!
The shirts will come stuffed in a padded envelope that will surely fit through a mail slot and very likely in a vertical apartment mail box.

    1. oooo yeah, I'm sorry. we didn't intend on listing them for sale online so we didn't get many plus sized shirts-they're gone already :(
