LOVE your blog! Question - how do you determine how much of each ingredient to use? Would love to know the amounts so I can make some - you've inspired me!
Amber, The shots are alway about one half alcohol. Everything else is "to taste". Try the jello before you chill it, if you don't like it it can probably be fixed.
