  1. I don't get it. I subscribed to this blog & have gone through several 'recipes' but non e of them say exactly how to make them. Am I missing something??
A list of ingredients & "enjoy"?.

  2. Heather,
All the recipes are about half alcohol. The other ingredients that make up half the liquid should be "to taste". The pound cake flavoing was puchased from a kitchen specialty store, and it prabably makes up quarter of the "liquid total" of the recipe (or two parts vodka, one part flavoring, one part water). We used Knox for this shot, so for every packet of Knox, the "liquid total" is one cup.
The whipped cream has Knox in it as well , to stablize it.
We'd like to make it as easy as possible to recreate our shots. If that means putting ratios next to the ingredients, we will start...as soon as the computer gets out of the shop.

  3. Yep, I don't get it either. I make tons of jello shots, and its really important to have exact measurements of your liquid ingredients for them to set up correctly. Different alcohols set up differently, so using approximate measurements don't guarantee success. And, then, are you using real pound cake for the top, or it is just the flavoring? Totally confusing.
